South Asian Journal of Arts, Humanities and Society (SAJAHS) follows a rigorous and transparent process to ensure the highest standards of academic publishing.

Review Process

SAJAHS employs a double-blind peer-review system to maintain objectivity and scholarly integrity. Every submitted manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. The identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential throughout the review process.

Authors will receive constructive feedback from reviewers and are expected to revise their manuscripts accordingly. Final decisions regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection are made by the Editorial Team based on how effectively the feedback has been incorporated and the overall quality of the submission.

Publication

Authors of accepted articles are notified upon the publication of the pre-print version of their manuscripts on the SAJAHS website. The journal is published online first and is fully open access. A print version of each issue is made available within two weeks of the online release. Print copies are mailed to the authors at the address provided during submission.

Submission and Article Processing Charges (APC)

SAJAHS does not levy any submission or article processing charges. Submissions and publications are entirely free of cost, reflecting the journal’s commitment to academic accessibility and equity.
